
Villaviciosa de Odón will host an exciting new edition of ‘Revive la historia… de cine’ from June 13th to 15th, an event that transforms El Vaillo’s venue into an authentic historical outdoor setting.
This educational, cultural, and completely free experience is specially designed to attract a young audience, ensuring that all attendees enjoy a fascinating journey through time.
Over 300 uniformed reenactors will participate in live recreations of some of the most significant conflicts of the 20th century. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore historical camps evoking World War I, the Rif War, World War II, the Vietnam War, and the Spanish army of the 80s and 90s.
The event program is diverse and enriching. It will feature historical talks and informative stands about the three armed forces and the National Police Corps, offering attendees a deeper insight into military history.
Additionally, there will be an impressive collection of over 30 military vehicles, both ancient and modern, providing a tangible approach to these war transportation means.

Among the highlights are the exhibition of the Canine Unit of the Marine Infantry, as well as police car demonstrations scheduled for Saturday the 14th and Sunday the 15th in the well-known Battle Zone. These exhibitions promise to be an additional attraction for military and police enthusiasts.
The event will also include four spectacular battle reenactments inspired by cinema: two set in World War II and two focused on the Vietnam War. These performances will feature special effects and original vehicles, providing the audience with a unique immersive experience that will transport them directly to the war scenes.

For those interested in collecting or military history, an Army Bar area has been set up, along with a section dedicated to militarism and collecting. This space is perfect for exchanging opinions and acquiring items related to this theme.
Each day concludes with free musical performances at the fairground. The Friday and Saturday nights will be enlivened with live music evoking the melodies of the 40s, 50s, and 60s.
