Line 6 of Metro de Madrid will end its journey at midnight, on weekdays, from March 9 due to works
In order to provide this substitute service to users, the municipal company has planned a fleet of 18 buses (nine on each special service), which will follow the usual, circular and complete route of the gray metro line, making stops at those bus shelters near each of the Line 6 stations.
The works aim to automate the circular line, the most used in the entire network with over 116 million users in 2024 and an average of 40,000 daily users. The closures will be in effect until May 31st.
