A 56-year-old man died on Saturday after being assaulted in an apartment on Calle Cuenca, in the Madrid municipality of Parla, as reported by Emergencias 112.
The Summa 1112 arrived at the scene and confirmed the man’s death. He suffered from multiple injuries and despite receiving Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), they could only confirm his death.
The assailant, a 50-year-old Nigerian, was in stable condition, taken to the hospital, and subsequently arrested. According to El Mundo, he was the victim’s roommate.
The incident was reported around 6:30 pm on Saturday and is currently under investigation by the National Police.
