Fuenlabrada celebrates the Spring Festival from this Friday until Sunday, filling the Paseo de la Salud in the El Vivero neighborhood with activities for the whole family such as workshops, gymkhana, games, tourist train, night walk, parades, and lots of music.
This Spring Festival, organized by the Vivero-Hospital-University District Board, aims to «create meeting spaces for adults, children, and families through cultural, recreational, and social activities, led by district entities,» as highlighted by the city council in a statement.
The festivities kick off this Friday with various workshops by district associations, which will also include a space for children to get up close with emergency personnel from Firefighters, Local Police, and Civil Protection, as well as their vehicles.

At 7:00 pm, live music will begin with the Dubbi Kids concert for the whole family. To end the day, at 9:00 pm, the VII Night Walk will take place, covering a route of about 6 kilometers through the city’s Agrarian Park.
On Saturday the 10th, alongside the tourist train and various workshops in the associative space, children can enjoy inflatable sports games starting at 11:00 am.
Furthermore, the Europe Day will be commemorated at 12:30 pm with the presence of a representative from the European Parliament, the raising of the European flag, and the performance of the European anthem by the municipal band Dionisio Aguado.

In the afternoon, there will be family circus at 6:30 pm, the concert by Los Piratas del Rock featuring the best rock songs of all time combined with stories and an educational approach, and The Clams concert, the female face of Spanish soul, at 10:00 pm.
The Spring Festival will conclude on Sunday the 11th with more workshops and games, a family DJ, and a large popular paella for all attendees.
