On Monday, June 9, the brochure with the full range of sports activities for users of the Alcobendas Sports Pass will be available. This year, users will have access to 1,222 spots, with 1,090 of them dedicated to aquatic activities for all ages, such as swimming for babies (6 to 47 months), synchronized swimming (7 to 17 years), sports rescue (12 to 17 years), adult swimming, and more.
The brochure can be viewed online on the municipal website www.alcobendas.org and will also be distributed at municipal sports facilities.
On June 17, the period begins to request non-aquatic activities such as pilates (from 18 years old), and on June 20 for aquatic activities. For swimming groups that require a level test, it must be provided at the time of registration.
Improving Health
The new Abono Deporte program includes several ‘Health Activities’ offered by the Sports Medicine Service (which will assess if they are suitable for the user) such as adapted children’s exercise, baby massage, adapted physical exercise for adults, cardiovascular conditioning, back workshop, or physical exercise for pre and postnatal care, among others. In this case, registrations will begin on July 1.
