This Monday, the construction works on the new transport interchange at Conde de Casal have started, which includes the future connection of the Line 11 Metro extension with Line 6 (Circular), causing some traffic congestion during the morning rush hour.
In addition, starting this Monday, several urban and intercity bus lines have changed their stops. This modification has caught many users by surprise, causing some to miss their bus.
This new phase of the works will continue until May 31st and will involve a specific mobility plan designed by the Madrid Regional Transport Consortium (CRTM) to reorganize both urban and intercity bus lines in the area.
As a result, Metro de Madrid has increased service on Line 1 (Pinar de Chamartín-Valdecarros) and Line 9 (Paco de Lucía-Arganda del Rey), while the Municipal Transport Company (EMT) will do the same on lines 63 and E4.

Several EMT lines are also affected: E, with the relocation of stop number 2603 (Avenida del Mediterráneo, 50, near Plaza del Conde de Casal) to stop number 8367 (Plaza del Conde de Casal, 8); Lines 63, 143, 145, and N9, with the suppression of passage stops number 4539 (Avenida del Mediterráneo, 47) and 2603 (mentioned earlier).
In addition, the terminus points for lines 20, 30, and 140 are relocated within the Pavones intermodal area.
